Duplex 3BHK House Design at 1600 sq.ft

1

Here’s an elevation of an European-style extraordinary house meant to be built with or without an exaggerated garden. Which means that you can put it up on almost any bare land with the right amount of space.

The balcony railings are styled with a unique wooden design which can also be found on the gate and wall guarding the house. The windows seem to be sunken in a few inches – shutting away the harmful rays of the sun yet providing ample light into the house.

The almost flat roof and the few borders lining the top part of the house make the house all the more beautiful. After all, this would be a perfect fit to be built within the limits of a city.

Both the storeys of this house cover up an area of 1600 square feet. They host 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a dining room, spacious kitchen, family lounge, and more.

  • 800 sq.ft Hall/Dining
  • A spacious Kitchen
  • A  Bed Room With attached Toilet
  • Car Porch

Beautiful Kerala House Model at 1650 sq.ft

0

For those of you who miss the height and effect of a traditional, sloping roof from modern houses, this house could be a perfect fit. It not only is modern in every sense of the way, but also incredibly beautiful for a 3-bedroom house.

The architect has used a few granite pillars to hold the porch and the balcony arch up. This granite design could also be found on one entire portion of the walls. Together they blend in perfectly with the roof and the overall design of the house.

The roof, on the other hand, has a unique triangular design at the end. This indeed is very lovely. You’ll also notice how the architect has used a miniature design similar to the roof to style the arch hovering over the entrance.

The railings on the balcony are unlike any other we’ve seen. Together they make the house beautiful, and glow in a distinctive fashion.

The entire house cover an area of 1650 square feet. Out of this, only 950 square feet are occupied by the land.

Traditional Kerala Home Design at 2346 sq.ft

0

Not all Kerala houses can even come close to this house. It looks every bit as traditional as a modern house can be. The pillar-inspired design looks stunning as the pillars alone aren’t plain. In fact, they’re cylindrical in nature and have carvings on both ends.

The wooden balcony railings also serve to heighten the traditional and ancestral nature of this house. The sloping roof is lovely, and the arch in the middle with a unique design doesn’t fail to attract attention.
