This is a house that won’t fail to please anyone with a rich taste. Spread across an area of 2563 square feet, both the storeys of this house are moulded with modern and the latest architecture found in the housing industry.

Ground Floor Plan

The first place to greet you would be a warm and welcoming living room. But it’d soon be obvious that the best portion is the family living room situated on its opposite side. Even the flight of stairs connecting both floors is situated here and it overlooks and stunning courtyard.
Unlike a typical house, the dining room is not located at the centre. However, this doesn’t mean that the impressively-sized kitchen is placed far away. It connects directly with the dining room, and has a store and work area that is almost as large as the kitchen itself.
Two of the 4 bedrooms promised to you could be found on one end of this floor. They are not only spacious, but also have luxury bathrooms attached. As if that wasn’t enough, the architect has planned out to put up another separate bathroom.
This bathroom, however, could be used as a guest bathroom because it will be situated between the two rooms and within a reachable distance from the living rooms.
First floor plan
As soon as you climb up the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find yourself in a beautiful living. It is more like the centre of this floor – for it has two bedrooms on its either side and a balcony to the front.
The bedrooms are much similar to the ones found downstairs. They each have a luxury bathroom attached and lack nothing in terms of comfort. The balcony, on the other hand, interconnects with a beautiful terrace garden.
There’s another terrace as well, but this one is massive. It covers almost half of this floor, and accommodates a skylight.
