At 1557 square feet, the ground floor is massive. Once you make your entrance, you’ll be greeted to a spacious living area. Closer to this is a flight of stairs that’ll take you the next floor. The bare area next to the stairs could be used as a TV room.
The dining room is in the opposite direction, and right next to the kitchen. But the best part is that the designers have included a convenient window to deliver food in a heartbeat from the kitchen to the dining room.
This floor also has two roomy bedrooms with luxury bathrooms attached – ensuring both maximum privacy and comfort. Additionally, there’s a service area, work area, store room, lobby and a separate area to observe your religion.
The first floor, on the other hand, has a well-thought-out study area overlooking a semi-circular balcony. In other words, a study couldn’t have been located in a better place.
Both the bedrooms on this floor has bathrooms attached as well. However, one room has a tiny balcony. You can always rely on a balcony for extra ventilation.
