Entering the house after passing the porch and sit-out will lead you to a sitting area. Next to it will the dining room. It’ll impress you with its size. The pantry kitchen is located close by too, along with a generous work area.
This ground floor has two of the bedrooms – one with an attached toilet and the other with a bath. However, the room without the attached toilet has direct access to a separate toilet right next to the door. This gives you the privacy you deserve and allows access to guests without putting them in an awkward position.
