Here’s a beautiful elevation and design for a single-storey, 3-bedroom Kerala house. It’s meant to be built on a 1680 square feet of land that offers ample space to live comfortably.
Four slender pillars support the arch on the sit-out, giving the house an almost colonial look. A part of this pillar design along with the arches could be seen near the windows to the sides as well.
While a beautiful design borders the latter part of the house, the balcony-like structure on the rooftop gives hope for an open rooftop mini garden.

According to the plan, passing the sit-out opens up to a living room. Next to it is an expansive dining room, a part of which can be used to put up a TV.
All three bedrooms of this home are spacious and have a tiny, yet comfortable attached bathroom. Two of the rooms have a dressing area as well. Next to the kitchen is a work area and a store. The kitchen also has direct access to the dining room.
There’s another sit-out located to the back of the house. This would be ideal if you want to spend some time out in the open, yet with more privacy.
